Nature that heals, protects, and nourishes. Our Essence is harmony with life.
From nature to industry
Onzebi specializes in the development and industrial-scale production of essential oils, combining agricultural expertise, research, and technology to meet the needs of various industry sectors, including agricultural inputs, animal nutrition, food, and pharmaceuticals.
Operating exclusively in the B2B market, we develop solutions for industries seeking high quality, standardization, consistent supply, and large-scale production capacity. We combine agricultural production and research to meet the specific requirements of each application. Our operations integrate different stages of the production chain — from the cultivation and development of aromatic plant species to extraction and application development — ensuring greater control over quality, processes, and results.
More than just producing essential oils, Onzebi is committed to developing nature-based solutions for industry, combining innovation, performance, and environmental responsibility to meet the growing demand for more sustainable alternatives.
Our purpose is to contribute to building a more efficient, technology-driven, and scalable essential oils value chain in Brazil by fostering connections between agriculture, research, and industry.
WHERE WE ARE
From research to commercial-scale cultivation
Our facilities include two seedling nurseries, water reservoirs, a storage facility, a laboratory, and seven steam distillation units, with a total capacity to process more than 10,000 kg of fresh plant material per distillation batch.
Sustainability and environmental awareness are integral to our commitment. Our infrastructure includes a water reuse circuit and a wood-fired steam boiler system powered by reforestation timber.
All production waste is reused in our fields and seedling nurseries as organic fertilizer and through fertigation, supporting more sustainable agricultural practices.
It is at Fazenda Água Santa that Onzebi integrates research, cultivation, agricultural development, and the production of essential oils and hydrosols.
Planting activities began in late 2022, followed by the start of distillation in 2023. Our infrastructure allows us to integrate research, cultivation, and production across various scales.

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
From field research to industrial application
We have dedicated research areas with both drip-irrigated and conventional cultivation systems to support the acclimatization and field testing of new aromatic plant species. More than 30 species have been studied, with detailed data on field yields and distillation performance.
We collaborate with renowned research institutions, including IAC (Agronomic Institute of Campinas) and UNICAMP, which supply seedlings for all species tested and commercially cultivated, helping ensure their genetic quality and phytosanitary health. We also develop research projects exploring new applications and products in partnership with institutions such as ESALQ, UNESP, UFG, and UFMS.

INDUSTRY & P&D
Natural ingredients. Solutions for industry
Onzebi connects agricultural production, extraction technology, and technical expertise to meet the needs of industries seeking naturally derived ingredients for product development and industrial applications.
Our operations combine aromatic plant cultivation, the production of essential oils and hydrosols, and the monitoring of yield and quality parameters, contributing to a more integrated and reliable supply chain.
With a strong focus on serving industry, Onzebi goes beyond cultivation and distillation by investing in research and development to explore new applications, develop products, and improve formulations. We conduct advanced research in collaboration with research institutions, particularly in the field of agricultural inputs, as well as partnerships with private companies to develop solutions tailored to market demands.
We serve companies across a range of sectors, including cosmetics, agricultural inputs, animal nutrition, food, and pharmaceuticals, with a focus on the specific technical requirements of each market.
In addition to the species cultivated on our property, we can also meet demand for other species through approved suppliers, providing technical documentation and chromatographic analyses, subject to availability and the requirements of each project.
Our goal is to build long-term partnerships with industry, connecting agricultural origins with industrial applications and contributing to the development of solutions tailored to each business’s needs.
Partnerships built on trust
We rely on established strategic partnerships that guarantee the supply of large volumes of essential oils and hydrosols. This is enabled through contracts and cooperation/development agreements with leading companies in the fields of agricultural inputs, animal nutrition, food preservation, and grain storage.
Our infrastructure is designed to deliver consistent quality at scale, providing uniformity, predictability, and supply security.
All our products are accompanied by independent laboratory analysis reports, ensuring efficacy, traceability, and origin, along with specialized technical support for our partners.

CONSULTING
Technical expertise for strategic decision-making
AGRONOMIC TECHNICAL CONSULTING
We adopt a management model featuring a dedicated test and experimentation area, where we trial all intended aromatic species under both irrigated and conventional conditions prior to commercial-scale expansion.
We validate every step of agronomic management (irrigation, fertilization, weeding, planting and harvesting timing, harvesting techniques, etc.).
Consequently, beyond our product line, we offer agronomic consulting services for crop management, field operations, and distillation of diverse species through our specialists, covering:
- Feasibility Study: Climate, soil, and topography analysis to select the most profitable aromatic species for your region.
- Planting Planning: Guidance on spacing, irrigation systems, and soil nutrition (focusing on organic or regenerative farming).
- Phytosanitary Management: Integrated and biological pest and disease control.
- Optimal Harvest Timing: Technical monitoring to harvest plants at the precise peak of essential oil concentration.
- Equipment Sizing: Assistance in selecting, purchasing, and calibrating distillation units (steam distillation or hydrodistillation).
- Process Optimization: Precise adjustment of technical parameters (time, temperature, pressure, and steam flow) to maximize extraction yield.
- Post-Harvest and Storage: Drying and raw material preservation protocols to prevent volatile loss.
- Chemical Analysis: Interpretation of reports and chromatography tests (GC-MS) to guarantee commercial standards required by industry.
